Drop Off Appointments will be held on Monday June 20th-Thursday June 23rd prior to the beginning of the sale on Friday June 24th 2011. Drop-offs should take no more than 30 minutes depending on the amount of items you are bringing. Please make sure that you arrive to your appointment early with plenty of time to be inside the building with all your items unpacked by your scheduled appointment time. Before you check in your items at drop-off you must sort clothing items by size and gender (boys and girls). If your items are not sorted, you will be asked to step aside to sort them and we will take the next scheduled appointment in line. If you arrive late or are not pre-pared for your scheduled drop-off appointment you will be asked to move to the waiting line and you will be worked in the schedule as quickly as possible. If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment please do so by Monday June 20th at 8am. We ask that you please make it to your scheduled appointment time but if you miss or arrive late you can still come and you can wait in line and we will fit you in as quickly as possible (you may need to wait a bit longer). We will be inspecting your items making sure they are in great condition free of any defects like rips, tears, stains etc.. and we will also be checking the quality if the furniture and toys drop off and make sure they are all in working condition. We will be rejecting all items that are not in gently used condition or any items that are damaged, stained or broken. Please do not bring dirty or well worn shoes, clothing or toys as they will be rejected. We want to make sure OC Kids Consignment to be know for having excellent quality items. Do not be offended if we can not accept some items at check in. We are all human and sometimes miss spots or stains.
We will be scanning in each item so that we can track all your items being sold at the sale. If we are busy we may ask that you help us by putting your checked in sale items out on the sale floor while you wait. Pick-Ups will be Monday June 13th from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Once you are registered as a consignor you can Schedule a Drop-off appointment to check all your items in with us. Every afternoon following the each sale day (2-3 hours after sale) you can log in to your consignor account online and check for a list of your items which have sold and an estimated total of your sales for the day. You will receive your check within 14 business days following the close of the sale.
