All unsold items that are not marked for donation MUST be picked up by Monday June 27th 2011. We have had a few problems in the past with consignors not knowing they needed to pick up their items, so please make sure you can come and claim your unsold items. All unsold items that are not picked up and are left behind after 4pm on Monday will then become property of Orange County Kids Consignment and be donated to the charity of our choice. Please be patient with us during pick-up and clean up time. We have 100's of items and over 200 consignors to sort and take down after we close the sale doors at 2pm. We will try and work as fast as possible to get all consignors items sorted. When you come to pick up your unsold items we will give you a print out paper with the names and numbers of all your unsold items. You will be responsible for double checking all your own unsold items before you leave. Before you leave you will have to check out with an OC Kids Consignment staff member or volunteer and confirm that all your unsold items were accounted for before you can leave with them. We have to uphold this because we want to prevent any misplaced/lost items or theft. If you find that you are missing items from your list please let us know before you leave so we can help you locate them. We will have a Lost and Found table with all items on it that may be missing tags so please make sure and check there before you leave as well.

As with all retail businesses there is always a possibility of lost, damaged or stolen items due to the amount of buyers we have shopping our sale at one time. We have scheduled extra volunteer shifts this time and we are relying on our volunteers and staff to do the best they can to try keep track of all our sale items and look out for any suspicious activity. We try our best to prevent this but OC Kids Consignment will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged items during the duration of our sale. (see consignor agreement for more details)
