OC Kids Consignment is a place for parents and families to come and shop affordability and get great bargains for their children. We want to make sure that we keep our prices reasonable so buyers will feel they are getting great deals and keep coming back. For this reason we want to encourage all consignors to please price their items reasonably. When you price your items at fairly it works out in the benefit of both the consignors and the buyers. You will see able to sell your items quickly and in return make more money as well as the buyers will buy more and find great deals for less. Price your items competitively and price them to sell! We want to sell many items as possible to send you a larger check rather than give you back a large pile of overpriced unsold items. These are estimated prices to give you an idea of how to go about pricing you own items. You do not have to use this guide if you don't want to it is just a sample. Higher end name brand items can obviously sell for a bit more money in some cases. Please try and price all your items according to what you think you would pay for them yourself. Buyers are coming to our sale to find great low prices and get bargains so please keep that in mind when pricing all your items if you want them to sell quickly.

High Demand Toys –these often can sell for 50-70% of their original retail prices. This is especially true of Little Tykes toys, Playhouses, Kitchens, Furniture, Ride-on toys, etc...
Name Brand Items- Higher end items and Name Brands can be sold for higher prices. Clothing brands like Gymboree, Janie and Jack, Baby Gap, Nike, Boutique Brands, Juicy Couture, Baby Lulu etc..will sell the fastest and for a much more than store bought brands like Circo, Carter's, Sprockets etc...
Some Consignors price their items really high and they sometimes won't sell and they get left for pick up. We recommend to try and price all your items according to what you would pay for them if you were shopping for items at a consignment sale. We will be inspecting all items dropped off before the sale and items that are damaged, stained, or well worn will be sent home with the sellers on drop off days. We want to make sure to make our sale a success by having gently used items at bargain prices.
